Who we are

RCCG New Wave of Glory Parish (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for this website. Contact: pastor@rccgbangor.org, 307-309 High St, Bangor, North Wales, LL57 1UL.

What we collect

Information you give us through forms: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any prayer request you choose to send. Prayer requests may reveal religious beliefs or personal circumstances, so access is limited to our pastoral team.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, pray for requests, send newsletters you have opted in to, and keep the site secure. Our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interests in running the church, and, where relevant, taking steps you ask for.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. We use service providers (hosting, email) under appropriate safeguards. Prayer requests are deleted after the period set by the church; enquiries are kept only as long as needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, withdraw consent, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
